2. London animal shelters
Start calling or visiting local animal shelters immediately.
Despite the concentrated efforts made by many municipal shelters
to return lost and stray pets to their owners, euthanasia continues
to be a reality faced by many animal welfare organizations.
To increase your pet's chances of survival and help shelters battle
against the need for euthanasia it is essential to
check early, often, and in person for your lost pet. (See our
Prevention page for more info.)
