Pregnancy and those first few weeks or months after birth can be an emotional roller coaster for even the most committed, compassionate and prepared parent. Don't worry, it does get better with time. Especially if you find answers to all of those questions that keep popping up!

This Information Bundle provides you with two tools to find the answers.

The first is the list of general information resources on various topics, such as Pregnancy and Birth, Taking Care of Baby, Activities for Babies and Children (complete list in the box to the right).

The second tool is represented by the terms or phrases highlighted in red that appear below the topic headings. When you click on one of these terms, you launch a search of the mycommunityinfo.ca index of area web sites. The terms in red are only suggestions. You will likely think of other keywords for searching. Mycommunityinfo.ca is particularly useful for identifying which agencies in the Middlesex-London area provide the help you need.
